I have CC V4.7.4 upgrade to CC V.5.1.5 and I have the follow problem.
When I sign in, in the frontend of the shop with SSL connection, then going the prices from the new manual add products on € 0,00.
After logout with normaly HTTP connection the prices are be normal.
This happends only with new manualy add products from after the upgrade.
The older products stay the normal prices.
Who has this problem also?

Hi,
I have two shops where i have a problem with the navigation from the shop.
By navigation use the shop diverend URL paths, with the normaly domain, then the alias domain and a other time with the IP adres of the webserver.
This is verry bad for the SEO.
Its version CC 5.1.5
How has this problem also?

Just follow the 'changelog' files to upgrade to each release.
I Wants make a upgrade for a client from CC v.3.0.17 to CC V.3.0.20
I see not a upgrade scripts for 3.0.17 to 3.0.18 and 3.0.18 to 3.0.19 and 3.0.20
How can i makes this upgrades?
Normaly i works with CC4.* and i see that the upgrade voor CC4.* is a lot easier.

Hi all,
After update to 4.4.0 i get double tax in my shopping cart.
Are there more with this problem?

Sorry this is a false report.
I use WinMerge, and winmerge doesn't identifie the following changes that are made:
4.3.9 usort ($ Shipping "cmp");
and
4.4.0. usort ($ Shipping, 'cmp');
4.4.0 replaced double quotes often by single quotes.

I have the problem, that afther making a order are no VATincluded.
This is afther the Patch Upgrade from the Patch 4.4.0.
I have replace the old file and the VAT is included.

Have you submitted a support ticket to Devellion?
Does a clean installation have the same problem?
No I dont have make a support ticket and also dont have making a clean full install.
In a couple of days I must make a claen new installation for a other client from me, then I can look of then is the same problem.
I think its a V. 4.3.4 problem it works in V. 4.3.3 good.

This happends afther upgrade CubeCart 4.3.3 to 4.3.4
For the upgrade, did you run the setup upgrade option?
Have you tried re-uploading the v4.3.4 admin directory? you may have a corrupt file.
I Have download the de upgrade 3 times, Yesterday was the last time and I have placed end extract it in a clean directory.
Afther upload the complet upgrade to my Hosting server I have started the setup, and was 100% succesfull.
The upgrade is makes for the second time, end september I have make a totally fallback.
This morning I have try making the upgrade and fixing the older problems with solutions from out the form.

You may have a missing file, if you dont have any mods re upload the admin folder and its contents.
I have tried that with no change. The work around (hitting filter) also works for me. Also noticed that google analytics was not showing any traffic at all. (about a 24 hour period) although it still showed as active in my analytics account. I removed my google analytics id from general settings and put the code at the bottom of global/index.tpl and it started showing data in my GA account again. I don't really see it being related but haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere.
This was one of the lot of problems the we have with 4.3.4.
Google Analytics was dosent work animore.

When we try making a productoption change in our ADMIN page, then comes te follow MSQL ERROR.
This happend from afther the upgrade.
MySQL Error Occurred
Error Message:
1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '0,,'+')' at line 1
SQL:
INSERT INTO CubeCart_options_bot (`product`,`option_id`,`value_id`,`option_price`,`option_symbol`) VALUES (127,,0,,'+');
A MSQL check in ADMIN gives everyting is correctly.
Last night I did a successly totall roll back to version 4.3.3 for two shops.

When you search for products in ADMIN with Catagory. View products and the page with all catagorys is viewed. And you wish to switcht to a other page in staps <1 2 3, then comes the following ERROR:

Both problems are solved.
I have rolback the index.php and the index_enc_ion and the index_enc_zend
The shop working wel for now.
Please re-download package and re-upload files. Package has had broken files inside.
Only re-upload the files or also restart the setup?
I did have re-download the files and upload for a shop from a client from me.
And also here the same both errors as on the begin of this topic.
I find out that the files jslibrarery.js and the index_enc_ion.php are the problem.
By the second shop i did also fall back this two files from backup.
And the shop working without errors.
This two file became from the newest pakkage the I hav re-download this mornning.

Just curious, I had some similiar javscript errors under IE but fine in firefox.. (not quite the same errors but very similiar).. When you get the error if you "refresh" the page does the error go away?
No afther the refresh the error is still there

If I understand what you're talking about.. you should be able to fix that by going to the admin control panel,
Then goto Documents / Site Documents.
Select the document (with the round radio button) that you want to be the terms and conditions, then click the button at the bottom of the list of pages called "Set selected as terms and conditions".
That should fix it.

Its happends by the original CubeCart skins as by the 3 party skin.
So I think is a regular upgrade problem.
Its happends with IE8
In Firefox its working great.
Has any one a sugestion?

I did not make any other code changes and after this change all worked fine for me including next / prev. May be worth checking the lightbox image folder has the correct file attribute set , chmod 755
Yes the chmod is 755 on the images\lightbox directory.
I'l try tomorow early in the morning a second time to make the change.

Hello,
I have bring the update from 4.3.1 to 4.3.3.
Afther uploaded the files i make the changes in skins\Skin name\styleTemplates\global\index.tpl
When i view images witht the Lightbox then the Loading.gif dont come and the button (Close.gif) is dont placed under the lightbox screen in IE7 and IE8.
Then comes a red cross from no images found.
In Firefox, there comes nothing.
It's happends by the Cubecart skins but also bij 3the skins.
I hope that any one have a solution.
For this moment i have the old js\lightbox.js placed back and i have the change in index.tpl roled back.
Now its working.
By one client, comes not a red cross but de prev and next wild not be viewed.
Only fromout the middele to right or links comes the browser hand.
Its likes someting is wrong in js\lightbox.js from version 4.3.3

Hi there,
We are buzzy with build a webshop in Cubecart 4.30.
Whit the products we are sells, is it nessesary to makes product options.
Excample Size, Color.
Our shop is build in the basis language Ducth, zo this productoptions stays in Dutch with Kleur (Color), Maat (Size).
For now on is no posibility to makes this options in more langueges.
It this someting for further releases, to makes this posible.

Option Matrix not activating

Hi,
I'have make a upgrade from CC5.1.5 to cc5.2.0 and have the follow problem.
When i want activate the Option matrix with differend sizes and collors on the product page. The red crosses do not stay green after save.
In the Bete version works it fine and also after the upgrade from CC5.2.0b to CC5.2.0 on ower Test environment.
I have the following warning in the logging:
File: [products.index.inc.php] Line: [1071] "UPDATE `store3CubeCart_option_matrix` SET `status` = 0 WHERE `product_id` = 208 AND `options_identifier` NOT IN ('')" - Table 'silksto_cubecart.store3CubeCart_option_matrix' doesn't exist
