[view orders yielding a blank page]

 our website seems to work fine after upgrading from V3 to V5, except for additional admin with limited access (read only), the user is telling me that she always sees a blank screen when she tried to view the orders, or anything.

 

she can loging correctly. the strange thing is that I can login with the same credentials and sees no problem.

 

this problem is not there for earlier versions of the CubeCart (V3).

 

I should also mention that she is in China and I am in US.

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

I do get that, and was able to get one our our other site working, you can see it here: http://www.a1hardbags.com

 

however, for this one, the issue is that I cannot seem to add that "featured product" check mark to any product.

 

it seems like the database is not there or the information is not saved.

 

is there a way to completely remove the installation? maybe if I can do that, I can try it again. unfortunately since the first one worked, I assumed that there is no problem and did not make a backup.

I followed the link and installed the Featured Product mod, everything seems to work fine, except when I tried to designate some products as featured, and click on save, nothing happens. the selected products are still not shown as featured product. does anyone have idea about what might be wrong with my situation?

we have updated our website www.mastechpowersupply.com to the newest version of Cubecart, but found that in the mobile skin, the category description disappears completely. is there a way to show the category descriptions in mobile skin?

could shared SSL be an issue? that's what the hosting company is telling me. we were using shared SSL for V3 with no problem, we also have another website on v4 with shared SSL with no problem

what should be the correct cookie domain? I played with it and nothing seems to make a difference.

 

If I disable SSL, the view basket works fine.

 

I also noticed that after viewing the basket, none of the links work anymore because it put all the links under the https domain.

[Upgrade help from 3.0.17 to 3.0.20]

I am giving up on my current web hosting company and need to move my ecommerce site.

the current site is on CubeCart 3.0.17, but the new hosting company only have 3.0.20.

can anyone tell me what I need to do to move it?
