  1. Afternoon all, Having a strange problem with our site in the past few days where the cart is really playing up, we're getting people having "too many redirects" errors when adding multiple items to the cart, its not showing the correct items in the cart, not able to remove products from the cart etc.. rest of the site seems fine apart from the carts.. I switched debug on and this error is at the top.. [Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:446 - Undefined variable: selected[Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:446 - Undefined variable: selected[Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:446 - Undefined variable: selected[Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:446 - Undefined variable: selected[Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:446 - Undefined variable: selected[Notice] /home/demonpai/public_html/classes/catalogue.class.php:1100 - Undefined index: contents Any ideas what the problem could be, or has anyone else experienced this? The site is running on PHP version v5.4.45, mysql is v5.0.1
  2. Good morning bsmither The error_log is stored in the root of the site, it did show the email being sent but only to the customer and no notification to admin, however, two admins did have the same email address so I change this so all three admins on the site used different addresses and it now seems to be working. All very strange as it just stopped working recently (not sure how long ago as I've only just been told about the problem) I will keep my eye on things for now and try to see what happens with a real customer order instead of the tests i've been doing. Thank you for the very fast response anyway
  3. Hi, Recently our system stopped sending order notification emails to the defined admin addresses but it still sends out an order confirmation to the customer so emails are working. We are using the latest version of Cubecart 6 without any modifications to the code (I did modify the mailer.class.php file as per the instructions in another post) We have tried with both phpmailer and SMTP settings, same result with either configuration. Any help would be deeply appreciated as we have to reply on the paypal emails at the moment to know when we have an order.
  4. Hi, We run a UK based paintball store and have ran into problems with using PayPal as our gateway. When we first setup we used NoChex, but within a week of trading NoChex closed our account as we were selling "firearms"! So we turned to the standard paypal method, this has worked perfectly for months right up until we upgraded our PayPal account to merchant status so we could use the PayPal Website Payments Pro gateway and also use their Virtual Terminal when we are out trading at paintball shows. PayPal have now said that we can no longer use PayPal to accept payments unless we restrict the sales of our paintball markers using paypal as the payment method.. So my question is... can we selectivly set a category or product NOT to use a certain payment method? Many thanks Mark Matts Demon Paintball
