Since coming home from holiday 2 weeks ago I cannot edit my sites homepage.Everything worked fine before! Now if I update the homepage then click the update button,i get the message saying it has updated but it actually stays as it was.If I can change the source then edit in html it seems to work sometimes,but now I cannot get the source to change either! I put in a cubecart support ticket and they looked and said it worked fine.I tried it and sure enough it worked first time for me but now its stopped again.Cubecart suggested emptying the cache which i've done without success.I can edit products and site documents ok,its just the homepage that won't.I also have 2 seperate websites and the other one works fine.All settings are the same. any ideas? thanks

I have 2 cubecart v4 carts and believe I have set them up identically in the admin pages.However on my new site which has only been running a month,when customers place orders I not only get the email notification but also get the emails intended for the customer.I've just had an order placed and received one email telling me the order has been placed,then another thanking me for the order and payment,then when I marked the order as despatched I got another telling me the order has been despatched.I've checked all my settings against those on my original website which is working correctly and cannot see any errors.Any ideas?

I've had a lot of trouble making this work but i've just about cracked it now thanks to cubecart support.There are a few rules to bear in mind if you are struggling to make it work. 1)when you test it remember that shipping doesn't show up on the shopping cart until you(or the customer)logs in or enters address.This is usually page 2 on the ordering process.I had a lot of wasted time adding products and testing them,and wrongly assuming it wasn't working. 2)any products in your categorys must be unique.ie they cannot be in other categories or the site uses whatever shipping applies to that product in its master category.Again in my case i'd tried adding categories for my existing products but then found it didn't add the required shipping!
