Hi there A customer selects flat shipping and the total amoutn appears on their order when they go through to paypal the shipping drops off and they are only charged for the products and not the shipping. With cubecart 3 you needed an API but cubecart 5 doesn't ask for this...the set up seemed to easy. This only seems to have occured since I changed the rate to a flat rate shipping rather than by weight Any thoughts Im getting desperate. Thanks Holly www.notanotherbabyshop.com.au

Is there any instructions on how to manually add an order for customers? I have done a search but haven't come across anything. While my main forum is my website I also take face to face orders and rather than keeping them seperately I'd like to add them onto cubecart. There seems to be the functionality to do this but when I add the order the product dissapears out of it and it doesn't reduce stock. I want to make sure that I am doing it correctly. I have 100s of items on sale and I have it set at 3 to display and the same three products are displayed all the time, which are basically 3 of the same item.

Is there away that I can change the items that appear in the sales box? I currently have 3 items that appear in my sales box and they are all the from the same category with a very small amount taken off the rrp. Is there anyway to change what is displayed?

Hi guys I have this sorted now and it might help you I was told that my host PHP had the memory limited and that hte system was running out trying to process and display my images. Cubecart perferes 128m but can get by with 96m. I asked my host to raise it and they did and now I have no problems. So it might be worth looking into.

Thank you this also helped me to increase my subcategory images. But now they are all cramped ontop of each other. How would I space them out? thanks Holly

Hi there My shipping by weight is not adding up the weights correctly. It seems to make anything up to 0.3 $6 and anything over that $15. Below is what I have in the options. My cart is set to Kg. I have resolved the old image issue. I have taken out of the spaces out of my images. Cubecart 3 seemed to handle them but cube cart 5 can't. Now to resolve my issue of loading them and thanks whitewillow will put in a ticket if I can't resolve it.

Thanks I Upgraded from cube cart 3 version ?? to 5.08 and still with the same host and haven't run out of space. I have a back up of my old cart. My old images work however I can not upload new images. Some images are in folders others are not. I am using the same computer and I can not think of anything that I have done differently at all. Any thoughts at all would be appreciated.

This is resolved the ISO code is just AU and not the number.

I have just upgraded to cubecart 5 and am having trouble loading new images. It appears to load the image and the image file name is there but it says no image avaiable when I try to look at the image or put the image into a product. Does any one know why this might be happening?

I am hoping someone can help me. I have put in for support but have not had a resolution for the past few days. Unfortuantely the person helping me has come back to tell me to do what is already there. My shop is off line so I am very keen to get it active again. Yesterday I had cubecart upgrade my site from cc 3 to cc5 a few things have happened that I didn't think would I want to see if anyone knows any work arounds before I go and reload every little thing. 1. All my pictures are not showing up from within my products information 2. My stock levels are not showing - I had estelles product options and the product options are showing but the stock levels are showing everything in stock rather than just the few that are. Hi there, Re: Logo not showing on invoice I have two pages one on cube cart 3 - www.notanotherbabyshop.com.au and one on cube cart 4 www.birthingstyle.com.au on cube cart 3 at the top left of the print invoice slip shows the Store name and webaddress. On my page in cube cart 4 it just shows a blank box. Someone suggested that it should show my logo but it s blank At the moment I am stapling my business card into the blank so it looks like it is suppose to be a blank space. Any suggestions as to how to rectify this. Thanks in advance. Holly

Hi there I am hoping someone can help me out as I am a bit stuck. I have just added some subcategories to my page however they appear over the first product which makes the page a bit of a mess and hard to read. Any thoughts about what I need to do. I can edit the files if given the right text to edit it with but I don't have much knowledge of the code in order to be able to understand what is going on. So I've worked out how to remove the automatic sort of product options (thanks Estelle) but what I can't work out what I need to do to order them in a way that I want - $8 Flat Rate First, $0 Pick Up (free shipping) second. Or at a mimimum has Flat Rate Shipping as the default (like I can choose ad default with payment options) I tried renaming the options but they still come up with the free shipping first and the other shipping options after. I don't really need all the extra options that the one mod I have seen offers in terms of shipping. I just need to be able to sort my shipping options so that customers don't just breeze through and forget to pick the correct shipping option - is there any other options? I've seen that most of the questions on the forum about this are unanswered does that mean there isn't an answer. If you want to take a look at what I am talking about the website is www.birthingstyle.com.au Your help is most appreciated.

Is there a way to stop customers adding more to their basket them is avaiable? I have done a few searches but may not be asking the right question as I haven't been able to find the answer More details When a customer wishes to add an item to their basket even if the stock says 1 they can add as many as they like. When they then go into the basket it give amessage to say they can't do this - "Sorry but we cannot dispatch orders over our current stock level. The quantity of this item has been capped to 1." Is there a way to stop them from from adding more to the basket than is available so they don't get annoyed when they then go into their basket?
