Hello everyone,
'At the moment when a customer clicks on the BUY button [next to a item] the item is added to their cart BUT the page is then redirected to more information about that product [where there is ANOTHER 'buy' button! leading people to assume they need to click 'buy' again and so doubling up their order by accident] I would like to modify the redirect so as well as adding a product to the cart it also directs them [immediately] to the cart.'
this has been asked before -
and the solution that was given was to find a mod at cubecartforums.org - which I cannot find at all,
Is there any other way to change this?

You need the free mod to redirect to basket..do a google search for "cubecart redirect to basket" ( I think it is the first result

I realize that the triangle is the bg showing through but appearing to be a triangle because the bottom edge of the light banner image is exactly along the top edge of the buttons. . If the banner was about 10 or 20 pixels less higher, the illusion of triangles would disappear.
Other than that, ok.
I fixed it, you were right, looks better now, no triangles...

I'm seeing a dark triangle at the shoulders the left and right tabs. I think one of them is not the edited version.
I am still seeing that certain of the default (unedited) gifs (SPECIFICALLY THE left tab) are still on the site.Ok I uploaded and overwrit the existing files with yours, it worked but only for some of the corners and not others?
do I need to overwrite another file?

Its Ok, just redid the catTabRight.gif and is working now,

looks fixed to me now ? I did overwrite all the default's with new...
Please substitute the two attached files and let's see if the triangle disappears after you refresh the screen.

I am attaching a complete set of graphics that make up the Killer navigation bar and tabs. (Actually, there are more pieces, but I've only provided those whose defaults have a white bg.) They have been edited to replace the white area with transparency.
Upload the entire set to the following folder . . .

After you upload them, overwriting the files of the same name, the page background will be displayed.

Photoshop is the ultimate image manipulation system, but there is a slightly less expensive alternative call Paint.Net (http://www.getpaint.net/)It would be an easy matter to make a few small changes to the siteDocs.tpl file to be usable by the categories controller PHP file
I am not sure what changes I would need to make? and not sure I understand this at all, unfortunately I need to be spoon fed as I am a learner!

It's FREE!
It is not a powerful as PS but for the price, it's a good substitute.
It will do many of the things that the bog boy can do.

I cant figure out how to make my category tabs into one long bar, I need to do this as my background is quite dark and there is white spaces all around the tabs and it looks terrible, - there is also gaps at each end of the bar the cat tabs are part of
I cant work it out..... -
Try in the file layout.css at around line 99 find this:

add this line after:
background-color:#FFFFFF;
I can help you with other parts of your skin if you wish.
How does one change the colour of the background around and behind the centre column side bars and header?

To place a color behind just your side boxes and center column, in the file \skins\Killer\styleTemplates\global\index.tpl, find the <table> tag. After cellpadding="0", add this:
style="background-color:#EEEEFF;"
That will give you a light lavender background color.

There will be a number of folders in the "skins" folder. Each skin folder has the same subfolder names and names of files within those folders. Be sure you are searching for and editing the correct layout.css file.
I have also tried this as I am having the same problem, I cannot find more than one layout.css file in the killer skin, I am still finding the background is white behind my boxes and center column..my site is www.peacefulsilkworms.com.au/shop

Heya Everyone,
I have had a few customers emailing me as they have purchased and paid for an item and then decided to buy something else and cannot. Is this usual? I do not know for sure but I am guessing I need to mark their last order as 'completed' first - as if it is 'pending' the system will not let them add more? (I dont actually know if that is what it is I am just guessing) does anyone know what is happening here and if so - is there a way to get around this as it is a total pain for my customers and myself!
