  1. Still having issues downloading the files. When we try we get 'Whoops looks like something went wrong.'
  2. No problem. Although we are having some problems downloading the files, clicking the download icon returns a message saying we haven't purchased it. What we can try to get around this?

  6. Can anyone suggest where I might start in creating an age gate on a new install of V5. Basically the products on the shop are smoking related, so need to confirm that customers are over 18. I was expecting there would be a plugin which achieved this. But from my research so far I haven't been able to find one.
  7. Thanks a lot Toucan, I had been trying sandbox using the normal details. Just tried sandbox with some test details from Paypal and it worked. Thanks for the help.
  8. Hi, No not currently experiencing errors on regular payments, but when we put Paypal into sandbox mode it does fail. So this makes me worry it's using SSL3.
  9. I'm admining a site where the hosting company has no intention of disabling SSL. This is their response:- 'we wouldn't be able to disable SSL3 even temporarily, as this might have unintended consequences for other users on the server. It might be worth asking CubeCart if they have any way of forcing the transaction with Paypal to be TLS-only, within the code.' Any suggestions?

  11. Hi Guys, thanks for the thoughts, we're using Cubecart 4.4.6, has anybody had any experience with the issue on cubecart 4?

Every morning, I open 2 browser windows, one to log into the Admin panel, the second is on the website home page (have been using Firefox only since the problem with not being able to access the customers when inputting an order). When someone wants to place an order over the telephone, I access their details on the admin page, then log in at the front end of the website as if I am them placing an order online, I enter their password and login. If there is any problem at this stage, it leaves you on the login page. If the customer record has been found, it then returns you to the home page. I then select the product they ask for, add to basket, then the number updated. When I clicked on go to checkout (I tried it twice, the first time by clicking on the button with the words on, the second time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top), both times, it took me to the page where it said there was nothing in my basket. At this point, I noticed that it had logged me out so did not recognise me. Has anyone experienced this where users are logged out when checking out.

When I enable both Paypal and Google Checkout alternate checkouts in Cubecart 4.4.2 customers get the below error on checkout when adding a coupon code:- Having googled the error it appears the error relates to Google Checkout, however it's not a problem when i've got only Google Checkout enabled, or when i've only got Paypal enabled, but I can't enable them both at the same time. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, i'm fairly certain the problem isn't weight or the iso not being set as i've done some checking and in modules/shipping/Royal_Mail/calc.php the line which is supposed to get the country ISO.... $countryISO = getCountryFormat($basket['delInf']['country'], 'id', 'iso'); ...can't actually return a valid ISO because $basket['delInf']['country'] is "zero", unforunately i've not been able to troubleshoot any further and determine why it's set to zero. So really I guess i'm asking is where does $basket['delInf']['country'] normally get set so I can start checking why it isn't set. Thanks.

We've got a shop which has been working fine for a long time but is currently giving everyone the error ERROR - 10001 Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. It may help to remove the last item added to your basket. I've done some digging and it appears that it's throwing this error because the variable $basket['delInf']['country'] as called on line 42 of modules/shipping/Royal_Mail/calc.php is 0; I've not been able to detemine why, i've tested this whilst logged out and whilst logged in as a user with United Kingdom set as country. Any help is greatly appreciated.
