  1. Thanks Noodleman, have put in a support ticket. They normally reply within an hour or so.
  2. That first error log is from my hosting control panel. From the hosting website There are no other error logs (other than for specific applications) anywhere in my folder structure.
  3. Using Brian's method, this is the log that was created. Only one line:- [25-Mar-2017 16:10:02 UTC] PHP Warning: file_exists() [<a href='http://docs.php.net/manual/en/function.file-exists.php'>function.file-exists.php</a>]: Unable to find the wrapper &quot;tcp&quot; - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? in /var/sites/s/shop.whitbygothweekend.co.uk/public_html/classes/session.class.php on line 621
  4. Thanks for getting back to me. 5. Can someone please help! I have just come back from being away for a week, and when I try to go to the admin page all I get is a blank screen. Everything was fine a week ago, and I haven't made any changes to the store (I haven't had any internet access), and there are no other admins. I am using the correct name for the admin php file (checked via ftp), and the correct names for the admin file and admin folder are in global.inc.php. I have tried Firefox, IE and Chrome, as well as Firefox on my smartphone (different internet provider). The store front is working correctly. I am running 6.1.5 which I upgraded to on 6th of March; I was able to log into admin since that upgrade. Any ideas? I desperately need to access the store to process orders.
  6. It wasn't me, I don't think I have ever used the online chat, and I wasn't anywhere near a computer or smartphone then, I was driving!
  7. Hi Al, AFAIK I don't have any support tickets open, and if I did the email would be the same as the one for this forum, which is working because I got the notification of your reply.
  8. My store is currently in Sale Mode, giving a global 10% discount. If I issue a discount coupon, it comes off after the 10% sale discount has been applied. I need to issue coupon codes to give 50% discount, but off of the base price, not the sale price. Is there any way to do this?
  9. Just checked with my host, and bizarrely I have 5.4 on every subdomain except this one! It should have automatically been on 5.4 as that is the default, but it somehow ended up on 5.2. Thanks for the help!
  10. I already have a site running on the same host. This is just a new subdomain.
  11. I am attempting to set up a new store to use as a test bed. I have created an empty database, copied the zip file onto the server and unzipped it, ran the setup files and entered all the details. Then nothing appears to happen. I have left it for 2 hours, and all I see is a blank screen at mydomain.com/setup/index.php. When I check, the database tables have been created, but they are all empty. When I try to go to the admin page, I get an error message Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /var/sites/c/mydomain.co.uk/public_html/classes/config.class.php on line 223 Any ideas?
  12. Hmm, very odd. I created the error logging file, went to test it and it's now working OK. No idea what happened, but I'll keep the error logging on for a while in case it happens again. Thanks for your reply Brian.
  13. I think this has just started today. Users are reporting an internal server error when checking out or trying to register. The full message is:- Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. So far it is only Samsung Galaxy devices (2 different ones, on different networks). PC connections don't seem to be affected. I am running CC 6.0.12. Any ideas what is wrong?
  14. Found the problem, it is a section of code in main.php for Kurouto (and by default my modified version) that has been inserted for the CraftyClicks Post Code lookup module. <!--modification for the style to include CraftyClicks module--> {php} $token = $GLOBALS['config']->get('CraftyClicks','token'); $hide_county = ($GLOBALS['config']->get('CraftyClicks','hidecounty') == "1"); echo'<script>var trans_token = "'.$token.'"; var hide_county = "'.$hide_county.'"</script>'; echo'<script src="'.$GLOBALS['storeURL'].'/modules/plugins/CraftyClicks/js/craftyclicks_smartytemplate.js"></script>'; echo'<script src="'.$GLOBALS['storeURL'].'/modules/plugins/CraftyClicks/js/crafty_postcode.class.js"></script>'; {/php} How this produces an error where the "tcp" wrapper can't be found I have no idea! ...and I've solved it! CraftyClicks adds a couple of lines to some core files to make it work with non-Foundation templates; something to do with a javascript hook not being available in all templates. Put the lines back in and all is good now.
  15. I've just deleted the Kurouto folder, copied over a new one from a new download and it works with 6.0.11, so not sure what has changed. Whatever it is the same change must be in my modified skin. All I need to do now is find out exactly what has changed, so I can transfer the changes over to my modified skin!
  16. I've tried Al's fix, and that doesn't work. My host isn't on C-Panel (it is some sort of 'in house' management tool) and there is no option for xcache, and as it is shared hosting I doubt is something that can be turned off for just one user.
  17. Upgrading from 6.0.8 to 6.0.11 I was using a self-modified Kurouto Purple (done properly by copying to a new folder etc.) Now the only skin that works is Foundation.
  18. My store has been compromised and I urgently need to upgrade. I have restored from a backup prior the the hack and now need to upgrade it. I have tested the upgrade on my development store (this hasn't been compromised), but I now have a blank storefront, unless I use Foundation skin. All other skins (any Kurouto colour, my own modified skin) just give a blank screen. I have added ini-custom.inc.php as suggested in another thread to generate an error log, and get the error:- [23-May-2016 12:54:52 UTC] PHP Warning: file_exists() [<a href='http://docs.php.net/manual/en/function.file-exists.php'>function.file-exists.php</a>]: Unable to find the wrapper &quot;tcp&quot; - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? in /var/sites/c/ccdev.whitbygothweekend.co.uk/public_html/classes/session.class.php on line 598 How can I fix this?
  19. Tried it last night on IE on another PC and it was still the same, but it seems to be OK this morning. Brian, I am clicking on the 'Search Orders' tab on the 'Orders' page, and when I click on the text box next to 'Customer Name' all I get is 'Loading' as a list of matches starts to load. I then pick the relevant one from the list which is copied to the text box. I then have to click on the 'Search' button. This is when I *sometimes* get taken back to the dashboard and the CSRF warning. If I click the search box at the top of the admin page I get the box come in from the side, but typing in the boxes doesn't do anything. However if I use the 'Search Customers' tab from the 'Customer List' page, I get the box slide in, and it does work. Seems to me that CC6 is just as buggy as CC5 was, and there are just too many inconsistencies in operation across various sections. Couple this with a severe lack of very basic features and absolutely no documentation, I am now looking elsewhere.
  20. I know that this is addressed in several other threads, but I am experiencing it in a completely different way. I am getting this pop up when searching for orders. Not on every search, but about 1 in 4. I type a name (or part of) into the search box, pick the name from the list that pops up, then hit search. I then get directed to the dashboard and the alert pops up. I can then search again for the same order and everything is fine. I am using Firefox (don't have any other browsers installed) and I haven't upgraded from 6.0.8 yet, but this has only started happening today.
  21. I am using PayPal Payments Standard, and the bean counters would like to see the details of what the customer has ordered in the PayPal transaction. It is getting quite laborious manually cross referencing the PayPal transactions with CubeCart orders, and we need this to provide a robust audit trail. I found a thread on the forum suggesting that there is a function repeatVariables() in modules/gateway/PayPal/gateway.class.php that has been commented out, but uncommenting this doesn't appear to make any difference. I know that older versions of CC did this (I am on CC6), and other eCommerce solutions do as well so PayPal must accept this data as part of the IPN process.
  22. I am in the process of setting up a new store with 6.0.8. I have 2 stores, a development store and what will become my production store. I am getting on both store fronts, seemingly at random, a warning message:- Warning: filesize(): stat failed for /var/sites/c/ccdev.xxxxxxxx.co.uk/public_html/cache/10bff.sql.empties.cache in /var/sites/c/ccdev.xxxxxxxx.co.uk/public_html/classes/cache/file.class.php on line 168 This appears at the top of the page, over the top of my skin. Everything seems to be working OK, the layout doesn't get corrupted by the message being there, and I have only seen it on the storefront, not the admin pages. As soon as I move to another page, the message disappears. I am using a self-modified Kurauto Purple skin. Any ideas?
  23. I ran CC4 for a couple of years, then upgraded to CC5 and it all went wrong. PayPal IPNs were completely unreliable and I ended up losing customers because they gave up trying to make payments. Added to this I just couldn't trust that orders marked as paid actually were so I ended up manually cross-referencing everything, which defeated the object of IPN. In the end I ditched CC in favour of Magento. PayPal integration works perfectly in Magento, but it is a slow, lumbering beast that is far from user friendly. I am thinking of returning to CC, but has anyone got experience of using CC6 with PayPal IPN? Does it work properly and can I rely on it?
  24. Yes, that has fixed it. I can confirm that the status now updates, but like you I am still getting the 'Orders have been found...' banner.
