Working for a client. The previous backup folder is 755. When I try to back up files or database, I am getting errors... either a 500 internal server error or a non resolving page.
Any suggestions? Ideas? There are older file and db backups in the folder, but that shouldn't be an issue, should it?

Thanks, apparently is was a server cache of the page. Wasn't sure why it was doing that because the advertising I customized was appearing... Working now after a day. Thanks again.

Hi, My client has two requests: 1, to export the customer list to Excel and the other is to hide the on sale link on the nav bar, because all items are on sale, and it is not productive...

After my first post on this forum, I started getting spam posts that "appear" to be follow up comments to my original post. However, when I to the thread, these spam posts are not there in the thread. They look like they are coming directly from CC. Since my email address is not in my profile, How are they getting this to me? Have they hacked the email notification system? Or are they posting and then immediately deleting the posts, so that I get a notification sent?

Thanks. I only help with tech issues for the client and don't manage to store, but I have passed on your insights to him. I checked the DB in the cPanel for corruptions and it passed, so I appreciate the help. I was updating for him to 5.1.4 today and wanted to make sure I was not transmitting DB corruptions. I hope 5.1.4 is fixing the jQuery issues noted in the sticky note. He is having a lot of admin problems as of late. And I think he is out of tickets...

Seeing these arrors above, Doesn't CC prevent duplicate Keys? Or does this indicate a DB corruption. 5.1.3

Thanks. I was able to backup, but now it appears the upgrade itself is failing for the same reason. I will contact tech support since the code error I'm sending should not be public.
Okay, I can't do that. I am the web guy for this client and not the owner of the cart. I will edit this for domain name
