[On-Line users not visible]

Hi BSmither, I clik on statistics and I expect to see 20, 15, 25 or 150 people online, like it used to be three days ago. Now there's only one and no links are shown either, not even for that single one. 

 

The administrator has a green check

I have a problem in the admin panel since a couple of days, when I go to the statistics and enter the connected users it always says there is one and when I clic on the lid it shows none, like nobody is connected or has been connected in the last few minutes. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

I'm using the print order form for a payment against delivery, but I would like to have another option that would only say "Payment by bank transfer" o anything I might need. If they select this option there'll be a field saying that they will soon receive the information to proceed with the payment and I will send them the bank info or payments details via e-mail.

 

Even with Paypal there's a slight problem, they might place an order but I could be out of stock on certain items hence the total amount of the invoice could be less than expected. For this reason I'd like to stay away from straigt payments against the order, hope I made myself clear, apologize me if it is a tad confusing

I have some tax free zones in Spain, hence I have enabled the tax free costs for products and disabled the tax free for the shipping costs. Yet, when I place an order as citizen of one of these areas everything comes up as tax free. What I'm I doing wrong

I found this thread which almost sorted out one of my problems but I do need to understand one more thing. In my case, Spain, I have one courier shipping cost to the main land that and a very different shipping costs to the islands, call it balearic or canaries. Is there any way I could achieve separate costs for these different destinations by adding the country zones somehow?

If you look at the Sales Reports screens, you will see a Filter tab. On this tab, you can choose arbitrary begin and end dates.

 

In considering the Statistics screen, would you prefer the same means of selecting dates? Or, there can be a setting added in the general Store Settings that will let the admin select the behavior of the statistics graphs:

* For all time

* For the past X Calendar Years

* Only this year (Year-to-Date)

* For the past Y Calendar Months

* From this specific Z date

 

For you, which approach would best suit your needs?

 

Hi, I'm not very expert on this so my reply could be funny but I think the best option would be to be able to select from which date you would like to have your statistics start from, in fact certain products might become obsolete from one year to another. As far as the costumers, I might be interested in knowing who have been the bests the previous year, but not those who bought in the shop three years ago. I hope I have explained myself properly

Thanks a lot DB, at least I managed to reset the popular products and it shows a recent history. I'd be happy to update my signature but I have nother stupid question, where am I supposed to find the version of the program I'm using, there's no sort of "about" link in th admin CP.

Good morning,

 

looking at the sales statistics of my shop I notice that it shows in the highest positions products that I no longer carry, same things happen with the best costumers, some of them haven't made a purchase in the last three years. Is there any way to have an year based statistic or at least to start it from one specific point or from the beginning of the current year? I'd really like ot get rid of those products showing among the Popular Products on the main page, it makes no sense

Sorry to introduce myself with such an idiotic question but I have just upgraded my shop and I don't seem to be able to find out how I can change my main page in the control panel. I have already done many changes in the products, categories, images, tax but there's no way I can find that...
