  1. Thank you... I really appreciate your assistance. After I sent my last post to you, I thought I would also try my host again... they really surprised me this time because they came back with this answer... This was an issue with jquery ui and Internet Explorer. We have now configured the Cubecarts to use jquery ui 1.8.6. Whilst they fixed it for me (except for some discounts which I have totally lost in the upgrade), everything seems to be working ok. Once again, thank you for your help.
  2. Thanks for your help (re: Maintenance), but still no luck. Sorry, but I don't understand enough re: jQuery framework/files. I noticed the Site Documents have the same issue, they can't be rearranged. Yes, upgraded by my host... but they are one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with! They offer support, but it is very minimal... how they ever got 160,000 users in Australia I'll never know! I have another website with the same issues, so I'm going to go back to them and let them know that since they provided the update for both sites, the rearranging features are not working and see what they say. This is why I end up trying to find out answers on the forum... thanks again.
  3. There are no plugins enabled. Everything was working fine before the upgrade... I don't have a lot of trust in my hosting company; whilst I'm only a novice, sometimes I think I know more than their support section!
  4. I have just had my site upgraded to 5.2.2 by my host, however, when I add a new category and attempt to rearrange the sequence (moving the first to last) it doesn't allow me. Whilst the drag icon is displayed, it does nothing. (I have checked the forum, but it appears a previous query like this as been left unresolved).. thank you.
  5. Thank you bsmither for your assistance. Before I posted my question on the forum, I did ask the support line of my hosting provider could this be the issue re: .htaccess file and their response was: Sorry we do not offer free development advise, its appears to be an issue with your website. its best to get your developer to resolve this. But if you can not contact your developer we can charge you at a rate of $110 for 30 Mins if you would like. But I am unsure how long it would take to resolve. I will go back to them with your advice... thank you very much.
  6. I have a problem with every page on my website, except for the homepage. When I try to access pages on my website (for example... 'contact us') the following message appears: Not Found The requested URL /contact-us.html was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at schoolstuffdirect.com.au Port 80 I currently have my site offline; I would appreciate some assistance with this because my host responded with this message when I asked them: > You will need to contact your web developer for > this. > The error code being returned is correct - the files that are > being called do not exist, which may mean that a redirection is > failing or the website is not set up correctly. thank you
