  1. Thank you for the suggestion. I may need to do that. My preference is to get the actual UPS rates for my company. I see that UPS does have the Rating API that can provide that functionality. Just wonder if it would work with Cubecart.
  2. Negative handling fee was a good idea, but it didn't work. I checked currency and it's still set to 1. I tried using Category shipping by entering a dollar amount into per shipment and per item. When you go to checkout, it shows a Category shipping amount of $0.00 (UPS). Doesn't make sense to me.
  3. That is a few dollars higher than I expected. However, it sounds like it's the rate that UPS is sending to CubeCart. I just tried creating another customer address and doubled the weight and the price was a little closer; however, it was still high. Is there a way I can discount shipping if I want?

  5. I'm setting up my new CubeCart site and can't seem to get the UPS module to work as I expect. The pricing is double what I expect it to be. I'm using CubeCart lite for now until I'm open for a few months to find out if there will be enough demand to justify the cost. Since I cannot add the UPS API with the lite version, I don't know if upgrading and using the API will resolve my problem. Anyone have experience with this? Diana
  6. That was fast! Thank you. That's exactly what was causing the problem! By the way, I'm really happy with this software so far. It's very intuitive to set up your site and has many, many options.
  7. Just installed CubeCart today and started putting in categories, products. Can't figure out why products are listed at an inflated price in the store. For instance, I have a product priced at $12.12 and it shows it as $19.53. It does this whether I "preview" it within products or if I look at it from the store site. I've tried changing skins to see if that made a difference and it does not. What am I doing wrong? I am on version 5.2.4.
