Honestly, I think if the word "Estimated" is added before the time there is no problem. That is what the USPS says on their website.
Perhaps something in Languages to change nomenclature? And be able to add the word "Estimated"?

I disabled FedEx, saved that choice, and then re Enabled it, but FedEx still did not show up.

I just deleted the Fedex module and reinstalled it. It still is not showing up.
I will try a couple of other ideas and then let you know. I want to verify something with Fedex tomorrow

When I have gotten this error it is because at least one of the items in the cart has no weight associated with it. Not even a 0 weight. It's just blank.
You may want to take a look at your products to make sure they all have weights associated with them

Some of our items are required to be shipped by ground (aerosol cans).I did do a further test and added two of the same item bringing the basket weight to: 1.120Lb
At that point, all that was available through USPS was Priority and Priority Express
Priority is showing @ 8.05 lowest UPS is showing at 14.12 but UPS is still showing up on top.
I'm also still not getting any FedEx showing up as a shipping option

I tried enabling the regular Parcel Post, but that option did not show up 4.5 lb shipment)
When I tried with a 0.560Lb Parcel showed up.

@ Dirty Butter, I will appreciate that. I think if it says "Estimated" that will be fine. I still wish there was a way to add signature required at a $ certain level, and insurance added at a $ certain level that I would choose.

The only thing I can think of regarding the First Class Parcel Post is that maybe it's because I can't create a label for that on line.
To ship that way, I have to either use a service like Pitney Bowes or Stamps.com
I'm going to try enabling the regular Parcel post and see what happens. Be right back with you on that.

I've had customers complain because when it says "Estimated time 2 Days" and then they don't get it for 3 or 4 days contact us complaining saying we are cheating them.

I hate it when stuff like that costs sales. And I'm positive we lost some sales due to people wanting to use Parcel, but it not being available.
With the Express Mail Sunday/Holiday checked, does that give you the full Priority Mail "Express" option in the choices?
In looking at the Request log, it seems to be finding all the services but only showing Priority regular.

The system appears to be calling UPS and USPS, but not FedEx.

Doesn't matter. That should be the customer's choice of how they want their order to ship, whether it makes sense to us or not.

Not necessarily. You can still ship using Parcel post or First Class. [see attached]

I am having all sorts of issues with the shipping plug-ins.
The USPS Shipping Module automatically defaults to Priority rather than displays all shipping methods when the shipping weight goes over a certain amount.
I do have:
First class,
First class Parcel,
& Priority Mail boxes ticked.
Why is there no Express Mail (Now called "Priority Mail Express") available. Just the regular service. No special Sunday/Holiday, Flat rate, etc.
There is:
- Express Mail Hold for Pickup
- Express Mail PO to Addressee

When will the name be changed to reflect what the Post office calls it on their web site "Priority Mail Express"
The main issue for me, is to stop it from defaulting and not showing anything other than Priority Mail when it gets to a certain weight. And not showing Express as a choice.
Additionally, I have the plug-ins for FedEx and UPS installed. But Neither is showing up as a shipping choice.
FedEx has active
Account Number
Account Password
Account Key
Meter NumberOn the UPS Plugin there is no place to add an account password and account number.

I'm wondering if there is a way to change what is being printed on the orders.
Right now it looks like it just shows the Ship to address
I would like to show the Ship to and the Bill to Address
Also is there a way to print a packing slip along with notes on the packing slip, or text at the bottom that i want the customer to see.
For example, the current print order at the bottom shows our address,
It shows at the top
Return Addressbut the returns address we use is different, and i want to add a note about returns.
The main issue though is the layout and what prints on the order sheet we use for internal processing.
How do I change that.

While a bit off topic... Having received advice from both bsmither, and Geotex, and having some customization done by Geotex on the OS cart Goetex was working on, I have nothing but praise for the two of you!
