  1. Yeah I'm using 3.cubecart.validate.js, I just didn't bother writing the full name. I'll leave it then, it's not that big of a problem but I wanted to be consistent. A similar issue I noticed was if you're logged in as a customer and try and add an address on your profile, the state box is completely blank, even though it has a placeholder in the html file.
  2. It looks like adding a placeholder to it has no effect, it just takes whatever the label is. Still can't get the required text to go away. Guess I'll keep posting my efforts until someone has an idea or if I manage to solve it, in case people need this in the future.
  3. I guess it's still an issue in v6 then. Well, after having another go it seems I've removed the validation check, but annoyingly I can't get the Required label to go away.
  4. It refers to version 5, but here: https://forums.cubecart.com/topic/46400-international-shipping-problem-cant-remove-us-states/
  5. I did a bit of searching and apparently this was an issue that was fixed, but I'm still getting it. Anyone have any ideas?
  6. Running CC 6.0.6. When I checkout, if I change the country to one without counties e.g. France, the state box requires something to be entered. I've gone through content.checkout.confirm, cubecart.validate.js and cubecart.class, and removed everything I can find to do with state being a required field, but it still needs to be entered. This happens for both billing and delivery address. Also, for countries that do have a state list, you can actually leave it on 'please select' and it'll accept it. On invoices the state just shows up as '0'.
