  1. Okay, something else has come up... I'm able to post and edit new products, but not old products. Products I posted today are fine. Products from before the last time I updated the store version are not able to be edited. Something to do with admin privileges not changing over?
  2. Whenever I try to edit a product, I get redirected to an error page that says: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin_XXXXX.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Any ideas?
  3. I do everything on mobile, and I know it works with android. IPhone seems to be the bigger issue at the moment, and sometimes desktop. (I can't get it to fail on my phone or the android phone of others, chrome, Firefox, nothing.) Do you think changing skins will help? Couldn't hurt, I wouldn't think.
  4. Customer just sent me this. This is how the site is loading on an iPhone... DB I sent you the url in a message.
  5. Tried to submit my sitemap to google, and it gave me the error: General HTTP error: 404 not found HTTP Error: 404
  6. Store also seems to be loading extraordinarily slow. Just had a customer message me and say they couldn't get the store to load, and once loaded, couldn't get an order to go through... Error logs and request logs are still empty. Not sure what to do.
  7. I'm not sure why, but some customers are hitting a 404 page not found error at the index page. The link is popping up as: /index.php?_a=404 Request logs and error logs inside the cubecart inerface are clear. Any way to find out what is causing this?
  8. Ha! That did it. I cleared the cache and sql cache, then cleared all browser history. Logged back in, and store settings are working again. As odd as it sounds, "Dirty Butter is my hero." Haha
  9. Okay, got the error log to load. It kept crashing my browser for some reason. Here is the error log: [06-Apr-2017 13:07:36 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: unlink(/home/XXXX/public_html/setup) [<a href='http://docs.php.net/manual/en/function.unlink.php'>function.unlink.php</a>]: No such file or directory in /home/YYYY/public_html/admin_xxxx/sources/dashboard.index.inc.php on line 45 [06-Apr-2017 15:42:58 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /home/YYYY/public_html/admin_xxxx/sources/dashboard.index.inc.php on line 311
  10. When I edit a store settings, it send me to a blank page with nothing on it but: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin_xxxx.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I'm using the correct link and all that. Made the error log .php file and stuck it in the main folder. Didn't seem to do anything, unless I don't have it in the right folder. It's in the absolute main folder. Does it need to be in a specific CC folder? Wait. I found error_log in the public_html folder. I can't get it to open, though.
  11. File and folder names are correct. Permissions for global.inc.php are set at read on all 3 options. So far, it has only happened when I try to edit my keywords in the search engine tab of store settings. Now also the copyright tab. Something about editing the store settings?
  12. Well, yes and no. Haha Because I just hit a snag. When I try to edit something, I get this message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin_xxxx.php on this server.
  13. Mmkay. Update is done, store is now 6.1.5 but the update installer renamed my admin_xxxx folder, and my admin_xxxx.php file. But, the store is functioning, and I don't seem to be having any issues... Does this present any issue?
  14. Yeah, I have both. In public_html there's an admin folder, and then under it is a folder with letters and numbets, admin_XXXXX. Both had folders named skins and sources. So basically, the admin folder without the letters and numbers is useless. So I take the admin folder from the 6.1.5 zip file, and change the name to make it match the admin_XXXXX folder, then overwrite. I'm also supposed to rename the admin.php file, but I don't see which folder it is in. Also, if I overwrite every folder contained in public_html like images, databse, ect... won't I lose basically everything and start over with a blank store? Excuse my ignorance.
  15. Been a crazy week, so I haven't gotten to this yet. Planning to do it today. Just to clarify, havenswift, I rename the /admin folder in public_html to something else, and copy it somewhere else along with the admin.php file? Then overwrite all the folders in public_html with the 6.1.5 extracted ones. Afterwards, do I take the /admin and admin.php and change them back to normal and put them back in the public_html folder, overwriting the /admin and admin.php files from 6.1.5?
  16. Okay. Public_html backed up and so is the database. Cubecart 6.1.5 files have been extracted in a new folder named something else. Now, do I just copy/move each folder manually into the real public_html and overwrite each? Do I leave any files alone, like the images folder? Or do I just move the admin files?
  17. Thanks, butter. I'll have to go through and see which files are the ones of utmost importance. I won't be able to save them anywhere but on the host cpanel, so hopefully that will all work out.
  18. Yeah, that's the one I was going to go through and try to follow. Terrified I'm somehow going to erase all my content. :/ I'll give it a shot later today.
  19. Yeah, definitely a new thing. I've upgraded the store before, and never had an issue. Wasn't until I hit 6.1.1 that it bugged the update process. I got the 6.1.5 zip downloaded, put in the file manager, and extracted. Now I just need to figure what to copy to where, and do so without overwriting my store and all its content. Haha I'm sure there's a walk-through somewhere.
  20. Awesome. Thanks you guys for your help.
  21. I'm totally new to all this, so I'm not sure where I make the changes at. Do I copy the Google base plug-in somehow, make the changes in it, and then rename it and upload it all through cpanel?
  22. Will the upgrade process be streamlined in 6.1.6? Also, will 6.1.6 release soon? Should I just wait until it releases to go through this manual update process?
  23. Ah, so a purchasable plug-in is required to get the feed and stuff to work correctly? I was wondering why things seemed to be so unnecessarily incompatible. I knew I had to be missing something.
  24. Thanks for your quick reply. So, if someone does not have a PC and is doing this all on a mobile phone, what would the procedure be? Would I need to backup everything (database, ect) and save it on my phone, then force an upgrade for cubecart within cpanel? Or do I just backup everything in the backup section of the cubecart admin interface, then run setup another way?
