I'm using a product option for the cust to select the size, but can't imagine how to insert a price differential so that it will show up in the Cart

Among my products are T-Shirts. Each shirt has 3 different prices according to the size. Must I list 3 different products for each of my more than 30 shirts or (PLEASE) is there another way to take care of this?

I have deleted all VAT listings and created Sales Tax Class and Details but when I go to Tax Rules Sales Tax does not appear at the top.When I fill out "Add Tax Rule" it retains all but Tax Rate and will NOT enable. What to do?-What to do?
