categories are not shown if there is no products inside.. i want the categories to appear in menu even if it does not have products inside

solved thank you. I accessed skins folder and --> main.php. Then under the <footer> section I commented out {$SOCIAL_LIST} as well other stuff.

sorry again but there is something weird.. i downloaded the arabic- sa file from link you provided.. now i want to delete the old arabic file which was exist before but empty.. when i selected it and click trash it wont be deleted
