ZoHo Skin Purchased - Where To Download

Unfortunately, no dice... see attached image. It shows me logged in, but I do not get the download or button for the code...

So, I'm brand new to CubeCart and looking forward to using it. I just purchased the ZOHO extension/skin and received the approved purchase email from paypal. I can see the invoice and the skin purchase online, but I do not seem to see a link anywhere for downloading / getting the actual theme. Anyone know how I go about doing that? thanks! -Matt
