    There isn't any information for the product image. 

    Not good enough to sort this out for you!

     

    OK, your images for your products should be stored in http://www.priorypolishes.co.uk/images/source

    Possibly in sub-folders, depending on how you run your site.

    You can check using your hosting control file manager to see that they're still there at this address.

    So, for those who might want to do something similar - the Foundation skin cubecart.default.css file now looks like

  3. I successfully managed to place a background image for my site (thanks to a previous thread on this!) but now I would like to make the backgrounds on the table(s) containing the document content, the latest products  and the product information to show white.

    www.macgillivrays.co.uk is my site.

    I have struggled to inspect the site using firefox plugin, but, tbh, it's a total mystery to me.

    Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

  4. As far as I know there are two issues here - the Amazon system is changing;  they now require merchants to sign up with a different email address for their Checkout product.  So it is completely different from what existed before.

    Then, the existing Cubecart plugin (developed by Havensoft ;) - ) doesn't seem to be compatible with the new Amazon checkout ....

    Unless I'm missing something???

    Interested minds would love to know because it did make it easy for people to buy through their Amazon accounts.

  5. Hi - I'm just wondering if there is a quick way to enable/disable zones for the Paypal gateway (I'm testing v6 on a spare domain.) 

     

    alternatively, it would be very helpful if the drop-down countries could be made into a list which could be selected/deselected using checkboxes ....  especially with a "Select All" option.

     

    I can't quite figure out where to make the changes myself.

  6. Good morning, Brian - well, first of all - apologies, it's always the small things which defeat me completely!  

     

    Struggling to find a programme to open the file and show the commas (senior moment!), I ended up changing my default settings to open the spreadsheet (OpenOffice)... and, of course, the information is working fine.

     

    By selecting to open the spreadsheet using only the tab as a delimiter, everything plonks correctly into shape. 

     

    So, bowing my head in shame, I'm off to do what I should have been doing for the last few days/hours/nights.

     

    An object lesson of over-complicating the problem!

  7. I've been trying to solve a problem with the export for Google shopping.  In previous versions of cc (I'm running 5.2.16) 

     

    So, when I do the export, any blank fields in the database force the data to move left ....  and that totally messes the google products export.  I have attached a quick screen grab of a current export to show the effect.

     

    I tested the demo of cubecart 5.2.16 on www.cubecart.com - and the issue is there as well.

     

    It would be good if any blank fields (no ean, mpn, etc.) could return a null value so that the other database information goes into the proper columns when I do an export.. 

     

    I don't remember having this issue before and wonder if it's affecting others?  Is there an easy fix, please??

  8. Mrs M MacG is me :o .....  I tried various test orders to see if I could figure out why shipping only charges for the UK and not for other countries ...  I believe the (much) earlier customers and orders worked ok - but don't think I can prove that now ...

  9. Is anyone else having this issue - I upgraded my cubecart to 5.2.2 - and now, when customers enter address details, the address seems to be stored at least 4 times - twice for default billing and twice for default delivery addresses.

     

    cubecart 5.2.2

    PHP Version 5.3.18

    mysql 5.0.96

  10. Hi - when I upgraded to CC 5.2.2, I didn't notice that the By Category shipping module isn't correctly pricing international orders.  It's working fine for the UK ones. 

     

    UK orders are charged the correct shipping amount

    International orders have no shipping added at all :(

     

    cubecart 5.2.2

    PHP Version 5.3.18

    mysql 5.0.96

     

    Where should I look to fix this, please?

  11. I've started a new tactic - each time I get a spam registration, I disable the account.  That means the suckers have to go back and use a different email addy each time to create a new account.  Slowly wearing them down, I think :)

     

    ....  perhaps I shouldn't speak too soon :o

  12. This one's such a nuisance;  each time I delete the suckers, they're back.  I've tried changing passwords, email addy, deleting the bogus customers .....  the frustration is that they register with the same first and second names, which doesn't seem to happen often in real life.

  13. Hi - it's a while since I dropped in to the cc forum - but I decided to do so today;  my AVG is going quietly crazy with this error being reported ..

     

    Is it just me?  I couldn't find a mention in the forum search so I decided to ask :)
