Not very enlightening is it? You may have to contact them for an answer. It may be because of the way your products or categories are setup. Have you modded your store?

Are these supposed to change? I have had the same products showing ever since going on line. I have 9 products in 9 categories checked. At least I thought they would change on refresh. is there a way to make this happen...maybe with a programmed time frame.

You have a good start there. I would make your header more readable. It's fuzzy and the color blends into the background. You might want to make it larger as well and a contrasting color to make it jump out. Also get a meta description of your site and some keywords so you can be found.

what's the name of the file and what kind of error? How do you know there's an error.

I will carry only a few quality products from different manufacturers. Maybe we can develop banners we can exchange. In admin control panel in 'View Products" there is a Froogle Feed image on the top right. Click on it and save the text file to your desktop. Rename it to whatever Froogle has told you your file name should be and upload it to Froogle using an ftp client. Froogle will give you the IP address. Do this once a month.

If you have an .htaccess file in your root, delete it.

AUTOSTART="false" HIDDEN="false" LOOP="true" Width="145" Height="30" will give a control that will not start the music until the user presses the play button. So there's really no need for a 'custom' player.

Try clearing your cache. Other than that the code works so I have no idea what your particular problem might be.

There is a fix for the Latest Products alignment. Do a search.
