V3 development ceased about 2 to 3 years ago once v4 was released. Now v5 is out, v3 has completely ceased being supported here. If so, am I correct to assume that the development of V4 has also been ceased with the release of V5? Thanks. This announcement will answer your questions.

CubeCart v5 was only released on the 22nd, so there are no documentation resources as yet.

Then you do not have your store set up correctly. Visit the third-party forum, and visit our third-party store via a link on there... then tell me whether you think that price and VAT functionality works. I am unable to provide a direct link due to the rules.

There are currently no v5 resources as it was only released on the 22nd (3 working days ago). However there are mods and skins starting to appear in the third-party forum.

I did find one (and I suspect the one you are referring to) - but with a copyright removal costs more than Cubecart itself! Pricing is relative to the time it takes to develop and likely quantity sold to make it worth while doing.

Both v3 and v4 are upgradable to v5. You don't need to have v3 installed to upgrade to v5.

You should contact Devellion directly.

Because your prices are already inclusive of tax. Shipping should be inclusive of VAT, it's only Royal Mail which will not include VAT as it's exempt.

The skins are completely different. You should start with a v5 shipped skin and customise that to meet your design needs :)

I have a couple questions. How are you adding products to the store, inclusive or exclusive of tax? If you add prices excluding VAT, there is a mod in CCF to show the price in the store as inclusive of tax, although mods should not be discussed in this forum, that's a topic for the third-party forum. Regarding the free shipping, why/how does it matter where this is shown because it won't affect the sales totals? Tax has always been difficult to code for due to the vast number of likely different configurations across the world.

I agree with vokf. It's not in v3, but is standard in v4 and v5.

Just a pointer, there is skin and template documentation available in the third-party forum if you were not aware of it. The documentation will tell you what does what in the skin, and where to look for certain pages or elements. The skin templates themselves are made up of industry standard HTML and CSS, so if you can get a grasp of this you'll have no problems with skin work. The alternative is to find a supporting third-party provider and pay for expert assistance which will save you a lot of time, and we all know time is money :)

Have you asked AlertPay?

Could it be your customers are selecting not to create an account at checkout, therefore there is nothing to log into? Can you reproduce the problem?

You've probably entered a 'Document URL' at the top of the edit document page, this is actually for external pages not custom SEO names. A URL to the site might be helpful to be sure about my answer.
