  1. Ok I have done more testing.

This pops up a blank notification everytime Firefox loads when there is nothing to worry about. This should only pop up if there is something to worry about. Does it pop up blank every x mins as well?

I was not alerted of a stock warning.

  2. it's already in there, and active by default, although the name is slightly misleading, as its used for the 'customers also bought' section

once your punters have made a few orders of 2 or more products, then it'll appear, listing products that have also been bought

Maybe add an option to switch it on and off and by number or something so people know its there?

  3. A very good start I would say. But is there anyway that a little window could pop up like in messenger or something as you would have to keep rolling your mouse over it to know something new has happened. Obviously the picture changes but if your selling every min you wouldnt know it updated. Also is there anyway to log straight into the admin or is this to do with security?

funnily enough, the code is in there, but it started to drive me mad. i'll create a new option in the setting, and enable the code

Good work. I will test it if you wish.

Have you found a security auditor by the way?

  5. For future reference the best way to do this is use Firefox to click the link. The guys have obviously created a PHP script which detects what browser you are using. If you download in IE it downloads a zip with the correct files. Firefox will download the xpi. You can then just select in Firefox to open the file in Firefox and hey presto.

  6. Just keep an eye on the bug tracker 'roadmap' page

that tells you the current % completed, and whats holding us back

That seems to be stuck <_<.

I know your doing well guys. I just want to start using 4.0 on a new site I have got to do.

  7. I am looking forward to carrying on the testing as I have been very busy recently.

When will this be released? I think once this is released I will do more thorough testing, upgrading etc as most of the deadly bugs should be gone.

Keep up the good work you two.

  8. @cb2004 feel free to PM me FTP access & the URL and I'll have a look for you.

EDIT: I just uploaded the file for GRC Media and it worked fine. I am sure this is an issue with FTP Transfer Mode.

Please make 100% sure you use binary mode. We use "Transit" on Mac OSX but you can do this with all FTP cleints.

I dont think this is an upload error. I tried binary and ascii but no joy. Most ftp programs with auto detect upload PHP files in ASCII. Maybe something should be put in the readme.txt in the distribution file.
