Its hosted by virtualnames.co.uk. I've got several other web sites with them that use cubecart with no problem at all and one that has progressed from v4... when I purchased it several years ago. The logo might have gone because I tried to over write the software with another version.

I've just had a look and all tabs seem to work except for when I try to use the Add a new category and add a new product tabs. It goes into the Add a new category and add an new product but the tabs don't do anything. Trying to edit the current category or product also doesn't show the item or allow me to edit it

I can get to orders, stocke warnings etc but when I go to cateories and products I can click on add new and it goes to the page but thats it,All I get is the save button What do you need to get into the site? should I pm you the un/pw?

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

No, its not the browser, its also the same on another computer. Its also the same on IE and Google Chrome

Thanks, the user does have superuser privs and I've just created another but still get the same results.

This was a clean install

I have just installed cubecart 6 which all went well with no errors. I can click on the various options on the left hand side and the pages come up whereby I add a new product for instance and the page appears with the tabs but the tabs are greyed out and I can't do anything except for save.

When I had a licence for Cubecart I couldn't move it to a different location because the license was for the current home. Can I move it now that its shareware or will the fact that it has been licensed stop me doing that? Thanks for your help.
