That's for the images from what I gather from the big report, however I went ahead and checked though in phpmyadmin and filepath in the table CubeCart_filemanager was set to NULL on everything in there already like it stated. Brandon

I actually just thought I'd try something for the heck of it and copied the v5 classes/filemanager.class.php from my v5 backup to the classes/filemanager.class.php in my live v6 store and tried a download link, it worked and brought up the save file dialog in IE and automatically started downloading it in Chrome... Might see if I can try and analyze the two files when I get a chance, unless someone can chime in who might know what is going on. Thanks in advance! Brandon

As of a recent upgrade to v6 my digital downloads are no longer working. When I try a download link in Internet Explorer I get a Webpage Cannot Be Found error. In Chrome I get a 404 Not Found also, however it gives me more information as to the error. It looks as if my store is trying to locate my files in the wrong place. I have and always have had my files stored in a directory below public_html at /home/(username here)/files...etc... In Chrome when it's giving me the 404 error page it states The requested URL /home/(username here)/files/(etc....etc...).pdf was not found on this server and in the address bar the url changes from the URL I clicked on/pasted with the download/accesskey to display www.mysite.com/home/(username here)/files(et...etc...).pdf. Obviously the (username here) and other stuff was edited out for security reasons. It's not looking below the public_html folder for the file it's just appending the download location to my site url. I am running 6.0.4 and php 5.5.18. Brandon

Thanks for your response. I know what the download link looks like, however on occassion I have had someone email me or contact me and state they never received the email with the download link. In v4, I use to be able to login to the admin area of the store and under each order it would show the link in plain text above (I believe if I remember correctly) the information as to how many times that link was accessed, when the link expired and the link to click on to reset it too. I enjoyed the feature as I could tell if they had in fact accessed it (and if so, how many times) or not and I could also copy and paste it to them in email correspondence with them (if they had in fact not received it). Im actually looking for some more information, whether it be on a new tab or existing tab of each individual orders details as to how many times the customers link was accessed, expiry date/time, etc... As stated above (like in cc v4). Yes, I do know where that is and already have that set from before.

I think I spoke too soon on the white/blank screen issue, that part does actually seem to be working ok. I do think I would prefer the link sent to my customers who have a digital download in email take them to a page of the store that then allowed the user to click the link to download the file instead of coming up with the white screen and then the popup at the bottom (in IE 9 anyway) to open/run/save the file, I think maybe some of my customers dont see the little popup and think the link doesnt work. But I would still like to know where the info above (about seeing the link and # of accesses/downloads in order info page in admin) is or if it still exists, if not would love a mod for it, guess I would have to request it in the 3rd part forums. Would like to know whether or not that feature is still maybe just hidden somewhere (and im just not finding it) first though. Thanks! Brandon

Hello, I have a store that has some digital downloads in it, it seems since I updated to v5 from v4 any customers that have a digial download just get a blank white page when they try and access it via the link. My digital folder is a level below that of the public_html directory for security reasons, however it worked fine with v3 and v4. I also can't find where it shows how many times the link was clicked as before nor am I finding where it shows what the download link is in each order in v5 as it did in v4, all I see is the Reset download link in the order. Am I missing something? Is this a feature that isn't in v5? Is there a mod to add/enable it? I also need to get my main issue fixed where a customer that has a digital download gets just a white/blank page. Please let me know. Thanks! Brandon

Got the issue fixed. It was either a file/directory issue, old file somewhere or something as I deleted every file and folder from cubecart, except images, languages and my global conf file (for the db info) and uploaded it again and this time its working! Brandon

Ok, well I hadnt had too much more time to mess with it yet until just a few minutes ago but I alteast just got my store online by going into phpmyadmin and grabbing the config array and using online base 64 decoder I was able to decode it change offline from 1 back to 0 and then re-encode it all and paste it back and saved it. However, that of course still didn't fix my issue by not seeing the settings page. I have a skin I want to setup but want to get my shop working 100% again before making any more changes. Brandon

Hmm, yeah I had already tried going there directly. Stll nothing..... None of the other tabs on the Store Setting page will bring anything up either... I will do some more searching, I did search through the forums a little but couldn't find anything directly related. Must have missed that post.

I got the Statistics page working by upping the php memory limit as I was getting an error on that in the error_log file, however I still cannot get the Store Settings page to load anything. Everything loads when I click on store settings...sidebar, tabs at top, etc...however no settings/fields/options show up only the Save button. I have tried clearing cache in the Maintenance, etc... Also the contact form under file manager just has the save button. Please help as my store is offline and I cannot get it back online since I cant change settings. Thanks! Brandon

Hello, I just upgraded my store to 5.1.4 from 4.4.1 (I believe) anyway, after going through the upgrade instructions and going through setup, upon going into the admin page, I am unable to see anything under Store Settings. When I click on Store Settings I get the loading bar for a quick second then all I see is the save button, no matter what tab I select... I have tried clearing cache, etc... still nothing. Also, my Statistics page comes up with "The website cannot be displayed" in IE and its just a blank white page in Firefox. Please help!!!! Brandon

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" /> It was that line that was breaking it, I removed that line from the skin I am using (not an included skin) and its working now. Now, however I am having an issue with the store showing up correctly...grr. Thanks!

Nope that didn't do it. Its looking like it is in fact the skin I am using (switched again to an included skin and it worked fine in IE, something with the upgrade to 4.4.1 from 4.3.9 broke my custom skin), not sure what exactly it is with it though, I am trying everything. I am about ready to offer to pay someone to fix it. lol Brandon

Grr, I figured out why it wasn't working in either, the .htaccess file I had put in the js folder (someone had hacked me and put script in there thats why I had put the .htaccess in there). If I delete the .htaccess file from the js directory Firefox will work but Internet explorer still isnt. Please help!
