[Resolved] SSL settings missing after upgrade to 6.06
jrstech replied to jrstech's topic in Technical Help
Thank you bsmither, that helped big time I had to change the store URL to secure.domain.com as I used to in SSL URL setting in CC5 -
After upgrading to 6.0.6 from 5.2.14 options missing from SSL settings, no longer have option to set SSL root path, SSL store URL & force SSL on all pages. Upgrade ran without any issues or errors.Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Error importing Customers from 4.3.3 to 5.2.13
jrstech replied to jrstech's topic in Install & Upgrade Support
Thank you bsmither. Since the old CC install was a bit of a mess we will just export the customer table to a csv file and manually input selected customers. -
Did clean install of ver 5.2.13 and tried importing CubeCart_customer table via php myadmin from old cc 4.3.3 directory but receive error #1054 - Unknown column 'firstName' in 'field list' Is this due to fields and column not matching in ver 5 table structure? I'm sure this can be done but not too knowledgeable in database management. Any help would be much appreciated.

Error after upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.3.3
jrstech replied to jrstech's topic in Install & Upgrade Support
Thank you, that fixed it. If I didn't ftp all the files in binary mode do you think that will cause any additional problems? -
After uploading and running setup to do an upgrade, went through the 3 steps and completed upgrade message but get the following error when trying to access /admin page or site: Fatal error: Unable to read 12782 bytes in /home/fueli/public_html/shop/admin_enc_zend.php on line 0 Any hlp would be a huge help!

Resolved the issue by uploading extracted files again. Must have been some file corruption when ftping files.

Currently running ver 4.0.3. Did full backup. Extracted all files to /shop directory, after going to shop/setup I only get an option to upgrade to the same version I am currently running (4.0.3). Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Similar problem here. Did a clean install of CC 4.0.3 when SSL is set I am directed back to the home page when selecting advanced search. When selecting my account from a non ssl page I am returned to the home page. Very buggy. In non or all ssl mode I have no problems.

Where can I post a bug on 4.0.3?
-
I don't view the software key details. Only see XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX for the copyright removal key.
-
MY cp indicates 4.0.3 is available but I can't find it on the site. I am still on my trial. Is this the reason?

Host resolved the problem by changing the document root folder for the site. Now all subfolders work with https://

I uploaded it to /skins/SkinNAme/styleImages/backgrounds with the same name and extension (default.gif) and the same size as original. The url http://www.fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop

Uploaded logo for killer skin, after doing so current logo shows red 'X" in Logo Management with this path /includes/extra/getLogo.php?skin=Killer. No logo appearing on web site. For Carreta soft & bright I get the same red "X" after uploading logo but the logo does appear on web site. From the moment I uploaded the Killer skin there was no default logo appearing on the web site. To sum it up I have a problem with any logo appearing with the Killer skin and all uploaded current logos show up a s a red "X" in the Logo Management screen. I have checked and tried 755 & 777 but no help.

After uploading logo I am unable to locate the file on server. Is it being renamed to something else?

I am having the same problem. What directory should I be uploading the logo to?

We are using Paypal Payments Pro in CC4 any way for a buyer to print an invoice once order is placed? I guess we are looking for a print invoice button on the thank you of an order page, then a popup window of the invoice so that it can be printed.
-
Make sure you have no spaces or special characters in the image file name. I had a similar problem and this is what it turned out to be.

Just installed CC4 in directory root/shop. Accessing the store at www.domain.com/store. We ordered a SSL cert for a sub-domain secure.domain.com as we had previously done this type of naming setup on a Windows server and it worked for all sub-domains in domain.com. On this Linux hosting account it appears the https secure ssl will only work if the store is in a directory named "secure" (root/secure). Is there any work around to make this cert work with the location of my store (root/store) or do I need to re-purchase or change the cert to www.domain.com?
