Is anyone else having problems adding a new Tax Rule? When I try to set up a new rule (using the new enabled tax class and tax details I have added), when I click on the "Save" button, the little timer comes up which seems to indicate it is updating, but when I go back in & look - the rule has not stuck and is not there.......
