v4 Inventory errors / stock counting when an order fails then is paid

when an order is cancelled and then the customer clicks "back" on the browser to redisplay the order page they can complete and pay for their order using PayPal etc. therefore "resurrecting" their order. The problem is when the order status goes to cancelled the items in the basket are shown as still being in stock yet when the payment subsequently goes through they are not decremented and so you get an erroneous stock level whcih can elad to other customers buying product which is out of stock or even discontinued. Is there any way of enabling cubecart to set the correct stock levels when an order is "resurrected" in this way as there is no way of knowing if this has happened? Thanks Steve- 1 reply
