I signed up for an account on my shop and attempted to continue with my purchase and it said it cannot ship to my country. However, my account was setup with US/WA. Any ideas? I'm not familiar with the merchant side of PayPal, I'll have to read up on how they calculate the shipping. Unless anyone knows off the top of their heads! Guest vgascon Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 I was getting the same error when I set a test product with no weight (to avoid shipping charges). If you are charging for shipping by weight, then make sure the weight in all your products is set to more than 0.0. I hope this helps!
