Guest tbladecki Posted August 18, 2005 Share Posted August 18, 2005 I have tried every different set up with UPS mod and no matter what I do it says that we can not ship to your county. If I totally disable to UPS mod then the checkout continues without a problem.... I am in no way a programer, but I would have to make the assumption that the problem is in the UPS mod. I'm entering 2 letter ISO codes i.e. GB, US and weight:price bands i.e. 1.00:4.65, 1.5:7.25 I'm having to use FIXED RATE shipping to get it to work. Virgin install of 3.02. Guest vgascon Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 I was getting the same error when I set a test product with no weight (to avoid shipping charges). If you are charging for shipping by weight, then make sure the weight in all your products is set to more than 0.0. I hope this helps!
