Here is what I needed to do: 1) You HAVE to sign-up using the ccnow signup page which is linked from the main page of cube cart. Here is the link: http://www.ccnow.com/cgi-local/signup.cgi?affiliate=cubecart 2) Once you have signed up, you can retrieve your activation key by doing the following: -Log into your ccnow account -Click "Settings & Options" -Click "Shopping Cart" -Scroll all the way to the bottom, and your activation key will be displayed there -Enter that activation key into the ccnow gateway module in cubecart Hope this info helps! ~Mark http://www.homeofhotdeals.com http://www.ritualmagick.net Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had 2 accounts already with cc-now since 1999, and they told me I HAD to open a new account using the link on the cubecart website. I guess that link sets the account up to work properly with cubecart. Guest cadretaildirect Posted September 3, 2005 Share Posted September 3, 2005 They've really cheesed me off. I asked if i could get the activation code or have my account changed. They replied saying if i had any cube cart question is should contact cube cart. Not forgeting the problem is with them. I would open a new account but its been a couple of months that we have passed the probationary period of two months before we got our first payment. We are now looking at a new provider, ccnow have lost out as we required the cart software to expand our product range. Looks like ccnow don't know what customer value is. Guest markreiss Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 I found very few of the cc-now reps knew ANYTHING about cubecart, and I got the same answers about "check with cubecart". I finally found one rep who knew what she was talking about with cubecart. Her name is Mary at ext. 5626. You can call their toll free number and ask for her at that extenstion. Guest Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 My suggestion : "NEVER TRUST ANY 3RD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR !!!" Except : - You agree to wait for 3 months to get first payment (they have unreasonable account verification process). - You agree to face many chargeback and your account will be freeze for 3 months and not get paid. (because excessive fraud order to your site, altough your site is automatically integrate to their site). - You agree to not receive refund for their transaction fee if you have to make refund to your costumer. - You agree to get delayed payment without any reason (their costumer services will not respond at all to you). Yes I post in Webhostingtalk forums. 2checkout and Ikobo are having issues with selling goods, yes I know. Even CCNOW is 3rdparty I have no other option for being International.
