But can anyone tell me if theres a way to modify a customer's order (when it's still in the processing stage), to either (1) add products, (2) change shipping, or (3) subtract discounts? I guess I could make changes straight into the database in order to accomplish (1) and (2), but doing the same thing for (3) would be totally dodgy and may not even work. Estelle.
