They work perfectly until the weight hits around the 2 kilo mark Then the 'can't ship this total weight ' error comes up. If anyone help or point me in the right direction I'd really appriciate it ? As I couldn't get Royal mail at all I put the parcel force rates on the 2nd class rate.
