Then, maybe standard Paypal because it now allows credit card purchases without joining Paypal and no setup or monthly fees. However, as volume builds where revenue may exceed the setup and monthly fees charged by other gateways and assuming we already have "Postal Order Form" and Paypal in place with a relatively low volume store, what is the next payment gateway that we should consider?
