Which option do I need for tax settings?

Hello,

Can someone tell me which settings I need if i want the Tax to be added in the Cart. So the prices are excluding Tax on the website, and will be displayed incl. Tax in the Cart.

I get really confused.. because it doesn't work correctly when I put the Tax setting on in General Settings.

Please help!
