Guest gukit Posted September 21, 2005 Share Posted September 21, 2005 Hi I am new to CC, so I used v 3.0.2 straightaway. It is a wonderful product but I am having a problem. I have searched through the whole forum but there doesn't seem to be a correct answer for v3.0.2. I have a product with stock level of 2 to start with. After I have bought 1 piece of the product and checked out, the stock level doesn't get down to 1. Guest hobbyofkings Posted September 21, 2005 Share Posted September 21, 2005 It would seem that inventory decrementation happens when you change the order status to processing, and does NOT happen if you change it direct to completed.
