A digital product is sold and confirmed by Moneybookers. How will the order change from pending to "paid" so the seller can get the download url? Guest sunshine Posted September 25, 2005 Share Posted September 25, 2005 Hi Zafira, Well, I know for tangible products (downloads should be the same), once the customer pays. You receive and email indicating a purchase was made. Orders are left 'pending' and labeled so within your admin area, until you change the status. Check the email you entered when you installed. But does that mean that it is not possible to have an order auto processed, when payment is made - the customer could get the email with the download link, automatically?
