Document Editor - Contact Form - sendmail()

ok, using the document editor section, where you add documents, edit cotnact page etc..

you can edit by source, and have forms and text boxes etc..

i want to add a contact form like this

Name:

<text field>

Email:

<text field>

Order number:

<text field>

Message:

<text area>

then the user clicks send, and it is all done. any ideas anyone? thanks.

I am in the process of writting a MOD to do this, take a look at the "request for mods" area and look at the Contact us dissucsion I should have it completed somtime today and the instuctions posted.
