Guest baxterg
After I had to do a reinstall of 3.0.2, and inserted all products/categories (&idS) successfully from my sql db to the new one, I seem to have lost the ability to edit the Site Documents, or any page that allows text to be entered (either directly or via Source) I think its the permissions, but I dont know which file it is I need to alter the permissions on....is it the home.inc.php in the languages folders - or is it to do with permissions on the fck folder ? Thanks in advance

Guest smudge2007
Did you find out how to solve this problem. i am having the same problems when i try and change them through the admin area it says Could not open file of '/home/smudge20/public_html/sample/language/en/home.inc.php' for writing. Try changing the CHMOD value to 0777. Remember to set it back to 0644 afterwards! what does that mean?and how do you do that? is there any way you can downgrade the v2? please help thanks
Guest baxterg
In your case you need to go in through ftp and change the permissions on home.inc.php to 0777, and see if that works.. In my case, no, it's not sorted....
