Text Insertion at base of page

Hi,

I want to add text to the end-page block of "Powered by CubeCart..." - to add my company's name and website, since we are providing hosting and all management of CubeCart. Where is the place to do this?

It should be ok, as I am not wanting to remove the CubeCart tag, just add our tag.
