kinetic Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 yeah notepad (comes with windows) is wonderful for editing css.... css is just text if you are looking for a wysiwyg css editor then the only one I can reccoment is topstyle pro (not free) Dreamweaver also has a decent css editor although it wont show some advanced css stylings in design view.
