Connection Name: anything you want to name it here Hostname/IP address: the IP of your host's mysql server or localhost if you are running locally. If you dont know the IP of your host mysql server then ask them! Port: 3306 (default for mysql installations) Username: username to the database Password: password to the database That should be it.
