Might also clear your cache. (2) Try with a different browser if available or have a friend try from theirs. (3) Examine the admin directory and see if you seem to have all the files. I've run into issues when not all files uploaded with contect when I hit a space limitation Is this a new install? What do the public webpages show? My 2 cents.
