Guest Joker Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 I want to use cubecart in three languages, in Finnish, in English and I want add information in Russian. I can use in English and in Finnish characterset iso-8859-1. If I use Russian information, I must use UTF-8. Some time I don't have information about product in Russian, then user can see information in english. Same time texts "Add to basket", "Submit order" have in Russian. If to use this kind of mix then characterset all pages must be UTF-8, and information in database must contain information in format UTF-8. I made changes in my characetset and changed field type from latin1_swedish_ci to utf_unicode_ci, but still page don't see all characters correctly - like "öäü". If you can see the characters in Russian when you type then fine, change the page encoding. If its not that then i dont really know exactly what it could be.
