Guest Sparkle
Hello, I can't seem to remove the "[+] More Images" link on one of my product pages. There are no more images to view, so the link shouldn't be there as it is throwing up the following error: Forbidden 403 The document you are requesting is forbidden. Please have a look at http://www.empowerfoods.com.au/orders/inde...rod&productId=2 TIA
markscarts
Apparently images 548 and 455 are still assigned to the product. The error page is due to a different error in which the pop-up is being called wrong by the program. In your ACP, go to View Products, scroll down to this product and click on Manage Images. If any of the images have a link something like, "Remove this image" then that image is still assigned to the product. Click to remove any image still assigned to the product. Once you have removed them from being assigned to the product, the More Images link should go away.
Guest estelle
Hi Sparkle, This was a bug in the system. To fix it, you will need to use phpMyAdmin and set the "noImages" field to zero for all of your inventory items (in the table "CubeCart_inventory") which *don't* have additional images. If its just a couple of products, you could do this manually by editing each product with phpMyAdmin. Let me know if you need more info... This bug has been fixed with more recent versions (maybe 3.0.3?), so if you upgrade then this problem will no longer happen. Guest Frenergy
GREAT ADVICE, worked a treat. It encouraged me to look into understanding pHp Structure. Found this easy!!
