Guest estelle Posted October 20, 2005 Share Posted October 20, 2005 If the customer clicks "Continue" on the payment gateway page, then that is indicating that they wish to confirm their order and proceed to payment, and at this point the order will be recorded and the store owner notified by email. (Personally I renamed this final button to "Confirm Order"). If they don't get past the payment gateway step, then their order isn't deemed to be complete, and it isn't yet recorded in the list of orders.
