Guest Posted October 20, 2005 Share Posted October 20, 2005 Currently having a problem getting the forgot password feature to work properly. Based on my hosts settings, I'm using SMTP sending method in Admin -> General Settings. Email Customers from the Admin page works flawlessly, all the customers receive an email. But if a customer forgets their password and tries to have it resent from the forgot password page, cubecart reports the email is sent but it never arrives.... Is there a bug on this page?
