(I've noticed snipits in search for help on this that might indicate I have to pay, or can't get it at all). Guest estelle Posted October 28, 2005 Share Posted October 28, 2005 Eliza, You don't have to pay a monthly fee to use PayPal or Paymate. PayPal has less fees overall (Paymate has extra fees that are charged to the customer, on top of the normal transaction fees). Estelle.
