Viewing Orders in Admin Panel

I installed CC 3.00 through Fantastico and upgraded to 3.05 by downloading from this site. Everything else in CC seems to work including PayPal, inventory etc.

I have also installed the Testimonials mod and Add Customer mod also available on this site.

When I go into Admin Panel and click on Orders I get the following Error:

MySQL Error Occured

1146: Table 'aapparel_ccrt1.CubeCart_order_state' doesn't exist

QUERY = SELECT CubeCart_customer.customer_id, cart_order_id, CubeCart_order_state.state, time, title, firstName, lastName, ip, prod_total, CubeCart_customer.email FROM CubeCart_order_sum INNER JOIN CubeCart_customer ON CubeCart_order_sum.customer_id = CubeCart_customer.customer_id INNER JOIN CubeCart_order_state on CubeCart_order_state.id = CubeCart_order_sum.status ORDER BY time DESC

Nevermind I must have done something wrong while upgrading to 3.05 or installing a mod. I have just setup the store again and everything is working fine.
