The setup within admin has already been confirmed as correct so, I think the files went awry. Beside the email file in admin/customer/emailm what other files are related to email process? The solution: When configuring mail setup., SMTP Username required (@) rather than (+) Example SMTP Username [email protected] instead of store+domain.com (The latter works on some hosts) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
