What seems to be happening is this: I have a customer called O'Neil, When they tried to order at step 4 which is it automatically deleted all the items in the cart! CubeCart hasn't ever accepted apostrophes (or double quotes) in the order information without deleting the cart contents. I notified Brooky of this recently and this will be fixed in 3.0.6.
